Original 28in Griddle Cooking Station W/Hood and front shelf
The hood does a great job trapping splatter while I'm cooking, and the front shelf is surprisingly handy for holding utensils and a plate. Having two independent zones with 34,000 BTUs means I can sear on one side and keep things warm on the other with no hassle.
The dual stainless H burners heat so evenly that I can sear steaks on one side while keeping pancakes warm on the other. The front shelf is a game-changer for holding my spatula and oil bottle. Cleanup was surprisingly quick thanks to the rear grease management.
I’ve been using this griddle for a few weekends now, and the 34,000 BTUs heat up incredibly fast—the patented rear grease management is a huge plus for easy cleanup.
